ÇuHat ("the app") is a personal finance application that helps you track wallets, transactions, debts, receivables, investments, budgets and recurring entries. This policy explains what data the app handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. We designed ÇuHat to be offline-first: your financial records stay on your device unless you explicitly enable cloud backup.
The following are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us (we operate no servers):
Cloud backup is optional and off by default. If you choose to connect Google Drive, the app uses Google Sign-In and accesses:

Drive view and is not accessible by other apps.The app does not request full Drive access and cannot read your other Drive files.
To show live prices, the app sends only the asset symbol (e.g. a stock ticker) to public market-data endpoints:
No personal or financial-record data is included in these requests.
You can optionally attach a receipt photo to a transaction, taken with the camera or picked from your gallery through the system picker. ÇuHat does not request permanent camera or storage permission; the system hands over only the single image you choose.
You can import a bank statement (PDF, CSV, Excel) that you select yourself, or send to ÇuHat from another app's share menu. This is always initiated by you — the app has no access to your bank and no permission to browse your files.
To help diagnose problems, the app keeps a short log of recent errors in its private storage: at most 50 entries, each with the time, the part of the app involved, the error message and a technical trace. Error messages can include fragments of the data being processed when the error occurred.
Data is used solely to provide the app's features (recording and reporting your finances, backing up/restoring at your request, and showing market prices). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or to train machine-learning models.
ÇuHat's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Google Drive access is used exclusively to back up and restore your data at your request.
We share no data with third parties. The only external services contacted are your own Google Drive (for optional backup) and the public market-data endpoints listed above. The app contains no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
You are in full control of your data:
Local data is stored in the app's private storage. The app supports biometric / PIN lock to prevent unauthorized access, and blurs its content when sent to the background. All network communication uses HTTPS.

The app requests no camera, storage, location, contacts or exact-alarm permission. Receipt photos and statement files reach the app only through the system picker or the share menu, one file at a time.
ÇuHat is a general-purpose finance tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.

İsterseniz bir işleme fiş fotoğrafı ekleyebilirsiniz; fotoğraf kamerayla çekilir ya da sistem seçicisi üzerinden galeriden seçilir. ÇuHat kalıcı kamera veya depolama izni istemez; sistem yalnızca seçtiğiniz tek görseli uygulamaya verir.
Kendi seçtiğiniz bir banka ekstresini (PDF, CSV, Excel) içe aktarabilir ya da başka bir uygulamanın paylaş menüsünden ÇuHat'a gönderebilirsiniz. Bu her zaman sizin başlattığınız bir işlemdir — uygulamanın bankanıza erişimi ve dosyalarınızı tarama izni yoktur.
Sorunları teşhis edebilmek için uygulama, son hataların kısa bir kaydını özel depolama alanında tutar: en fazla 50 kayıt; her birinde zaman, hatanın oluştuğu bölüm, hata mesajı ve teknik iz bulunur. Hata mesajları, hata anında işlenen verinin parçalarını içerebilir.
Veriler yalnızca uygulamanın işlevlerini sağlamak için kullanılır (finansınızı kaydetmek ve raporlamak, isteğiniz üzerine yedeklemek/geri yüklemek ve piyasa fiyatlarını göstermek). Verilerinizi satmayız, kiralamayız veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmayız ve reklam ya da makine-öğrenmesi modeli eğitimi için kullanmayız.
ÇuHat'ın Google API'lerinden alınan bilgileri kullanımı, Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na (Sınırlı Kullanım gereklilikleri dahil) uyar. Google Drive erişimi yalnızca isteğiniz üzerine verinizi yedeklemek ve geri yüklemek için kullanılır.
Üçüncü taraflarla hiçbir veri paylaşmayız. İletişim kurulan tek dış hizmetler, kendi Google Drive'ınız (isteğe bağlı yedek için) ve yukarıda listelenen herkese açık piyasa-verisi uç noktalarıdır. Uygulamada analitik, çökme-raporlama, reklam veya izleme SDK'sı yoktur.

Yerel veri, uygulamanın özel depolama alanında saklanır. Uygulama, yetkisiz erişimi önlemek için biyometrik / PIN kilidini destekler ve arka plana alındığında içeriğini bulanıklaştırır. Tüm ağ iletişimi HTTPS kullanır.

Uygulama kamera, depolama, konum, rehber veya tam alarm izni istemez. Fiş fotoğrafları ve ekstre dosyaları uygulamaya yalnızca sistem seçicisi ya da paylaş menüsü üzerinden, teker teker ulaşır.
ÇuHat genel amaçlı bir finans aracıdır ve 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız.
Uygulama geliştikçe bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler, güncellenmiş "Son güncelleme" tarihiyle burada yansıtılır.
